Steps of the Home Buying Process

STEP 1: Meet with a Real Estate Professional from Ozment Realty – We will discuss the type of Home you’re looking for to fit your needs, including style, price, and location.

STEP 2: Get Pre-Approved – Knowing what you can afford is critical to a successful home buying experience. You will need to fill out an application and provide pay stubs, W2’s, and bank statements.

STEP 3: Search for Homes – Here is the fun part! Your realtor will schedule showings and help you find the perfect home.

STEP 4: Make an Offer – Your realtor will prepare the offer based on the price and terms you choose.

STEP 5: Offer Accepted - After your offer is accepted, you now will need to do your due diligence stages. 

STEP 6: Closing – You will attend the closing to sign your closing documents and obtain your keys!
